Make Your Own Mugs & Bowls: Beginner Wheel Pottery in 6 Weeks
Unwind, get creative, and experience the joy of making pottery you can use every day. In this welcoming six-week beginner course, you'll learn wheel throwing step by step while enjoying the relaxing, hands-on process of working with clay.
By the End of This Course
By the end of the six weeks, you'll be able to confidently throw and finish basic pottery forms on the wheel, attach handles, and apply glaze to your work. You'll create and take home your own handmade mugs and bowls while developing a strong foundation in essential wheel-throwing techniques that you can continue building on after the course.
Designed for students with little or no experience, this class helps you build confidence at the wheel as you create functional pieces such as mugs and bowls. With supportive instruction and plenty of practice, you'll leave with new skills, finished pottery, and the satisfaction of making something uniquely your own.
